Consultancy Services

This could include working with you to create and impement a new Wellness at Work strategy, reviewing existing HR policies and practices, incorporating a wellbeing element in change management plans or identifying ways to adopt a more holistic approach to talent development initiatives and career planning processes. 

Workshops & Seminars 

Learning events can be created to fit your needs and scaled to suit the time and budget available. These could be included as part of the curriculum for other programmes or delivered as stand-alone sessions. Topics that are especially relevant to contemporary workplaces include:

Career, Leadership Development & Transition Coaching

I offer a holistic approach to development coaching which can be especially useful for managers and leaders when transitioning a new role or, during times of organisational change and expansion.
